I read the edited book "The global landscape of web media and Hindi” (ISBN: 978-93-81694-43-4). In this book, social media, web media and new media, includes articles written by various scholars. This book will help to me my research topic and after this programme I will be meant to familiarize aspiring my research subject with basic tools of conducting action oriented social science research. I will be understood to wide range of conceptual issues, and quantitative and qualitative methods of conducting social science research. New approaches in research like visual and ethnographic will also be dealt with. In order to make the course more practical, experience base learning will be emphasized as course methodology.
Social media is providing democracy mouth publicity. From business, politics, youth, seiner citizens, ranging from the common man from elite class, from social workers to the government all have adopted social media as integral. Public Relations is a human science, and information is the core element. Since the time humans have been communicating messages. Through various forms even as the PR mode is reached. Social Media today small-large companies, political parties, politicians and actors are adopting social media to stay connected to them.
Element in public relations contacts or relationships and contacts and relationships are playing an important role in the expansion of new media. In the absence of New Media PR may not be possible to act faster. PR of their social and vocational role does business communication management. Today, business is a social activity. Using social media as a PR tool to maintain your credibility, image building and targeted peoples/customers and to stay competitive in the market is being Public Relations and media both are closely linked. Information is incomplete without the media. Both are activities that work on a large scale. Give notice of its products, quality and excellence suggestive, to induce consumers and their responses, expand markets, increase business, competitive, company to clarify methodology, rules-laws and changes that occur very purpose of reporting are foundation of corporate public relations.
Public Relations tools such as social media, Human Resources and Workplace Solutions Company Rigs about the report’s survey indicates that 83 percent of Indian firms are convinced that this strategy cannot be successful without social media marketing activity; globally this figure is 74 percent.
